One of the hardest holidays can be Thanksgiving if you are trying to eat healthy. The classic Thanksgivingdishes that we’ve all grown up with are generally not all that great for you.

If you are like me then you likely grew up eating stuffingfrom boxes, cranberry sauce from cans, andsweet potatoes that looked more like desserts than side dishes.

Today, I have over 80 healthy Thanksgiving recipes so that you can celebrate this holiday without compromising your real food, natural living lifestyle.

Every one of these recipes has been approved by me. I’ve made sure that they only use real food ingredients.

No processed foods, no crazy ingredients, you won’t even find sugar in these recipes! (You will find recipes using honey, stevia, or maple syrup but no straight out sugar).
